pakrumm Terms & Conditions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following defined terms carry the meanings set out below unless context clearly requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the pakrumm website accessible at pakrumm.net, together with all associated mobile applications and downloadable software.
• "Player" / "User" means any individual who has created a registered account on the Platform and uses it for gaming or betting purposes.
• "Account" means the personal, non-transferable account held by a registered Player on the Platform.
• "Wallet" means the virtual balance held within a Player's Account, denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) or such other currency as displayed on the Platform.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, or matched deposit bonuses credited to a Player's Account that are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "Wager" means any real-money bet or stake placed by a Player on a casino game, sports market, or other betting product offered by pakrumm.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification procedures required by pakrumm under its licensing obligations.
• "Self-Exclusion" means a formal request by a Player to be restricted from accessing the Platform for a defined period, as described in Section 10.

To register and maintain an account on pakrumm, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. pakrumm enforces a strict 21+ policy and will verify age as part of the KYC process.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction of residence. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your participation is lawful where you reside.
• You must not be a current employee, director, agent, or contractor of pakrumm, or an immediate family member of such a person.
• You must not be subject to an active self-exclusion order with pakrumm or any other licensed gaming operator.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information at the time of registration. Providing false information — including a false date of birth — will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balance held.

Registration creates one account per individual. You may not register on behalf of another person. If pakrumm identifies multiple accounts registered by the same individual, all duplicate accounts will be closed and balances may be forfeited.

Once your account is active, you assume full responsibility for all activity conducted through it. Your obligations as an account holder include:

• Keeping your login credentials (username, password, and OTP codes) strictly confidential. pakrumm will never ask for your password.
• Notifying pakrumm immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
• Ensuring that your registered email address and contact number remain current and accessible. Account recovery, withdrawal approvals, and KYC communications are sent to these contact points.
• Completing the KYC verification process within the timeframe specified by pakrumm. Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC is satisfactorily completed.
• Maintaining only one active account. If you accidentally create a duplicate, contact support immediately to have it closed before any wagers are placed on it.

pakrumm is not liable for any losses incurred as a result of a Player failing to keep login credentials secure, or for losses arising from unauthorised access where the Player failed to take reasonable precautions.

pakrumm supports a range of PKR-denominated payment methods tailored for Pakistani players, including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank. The following terms govern all financial transactions on the Platform:

• Minimum Deposit: Rs 100, unless a specific promotion states otherwise.
• Minimum Withdrawal: Rs 500. Withdrawals below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are processed within 24–72 hours subject to KYC status. pakrumm does not guarantee specific timelines where third-party payment providers introduce delays.
• Currency: All player balances are held and displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise specified. pakrumm is not responsible for currency conversion losses where a Player uses an international payment method.
• Source of Funds: pakrumm reserves the right to request evidence that deposited funds originate from a legitimate source. This is a standard anti-money laundering requirement, not a reflection on any individual Player.
• Declined Transactions: pakrumm is not liable for payment declines originating from a Player's bank or mobile wallet provider. Contact your financial institution in the first instance.

pakrumm does not charge deposit fees. Withdrawal fees, if applicable, will be clearly disclosed at the time of the withdrawal request. Third-party payment providers may apply their own transaction charges, for which pakrumm accepts no responsibility.

The following rules apply to all wagers placed on pakrumm, across both the sportsbook and casino product verticals:

• All wagers must be placed using real-money Wallet funds or eligible Bonus Funds (subject to bonus terms). Wagers placed in error cannot be cancelled once confirmed by the system.
• pakrumm reserves the right to void any wager where a technical error, data feed error, or pricing error is identified — regardless of whether the wager was accepted by the system at the time. In such cases, the wager amount will be returned to the Player's Wallet.
• For sports betting, in the event of a market suspension during a live event (e.g., due to a VAR review, injury stoppage, or broadcast delay), all in-play wagers accepted during the suspension window may be voided at pakrumm's discretion.
• Casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software, independently audited for fairness. The published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are statistical averages over millions of game rounds and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
• pakrumm may impose individual account betting limits at its discretion, particularly where patterns of arbitrage, matched betting, or system abuse are identified.
• PSL and other cricket markets are subject to specific event rules published in the Sports Betting section of the Platform. In the event of match abandonment or DLS application, the rules specified for that market type will govern settlement.

pakrumm offers a range of promotional incentives to both new and existing players. The following general terms apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• All bonuses are subject to individual wagering requirements which must be met in full before the bonus amount — or winnings derived from bonus funds — may be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements are calculated as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., 30x means a Rs 1,000 bonus requires Rs 30,000 in qualifying wagers before withdrawal is unlocked).
• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and are used after real-money funds are exhausted in any given wager, unless otherwise stated.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new registered players making their first qualifying deposit only. They cannot be claimed more than once, regardless of the payment method or account used.
• pakrumm reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonus already credited to a Player's account will remain subject to the original promotion's terms.
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent activity, multiple accounts, or abuse of promotions systems will be voided without compensation.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pakrumm Platform. Engaging in any of these activities may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting another person to circumvent the one-account-per-player rule.
• Using any software, bot, script, algorithm, or automated system to place wagers or interact with the Platform in a non-human manner.
• Exploiting software errors, system vulnerabilities, or pricing anomalies — sometimes referred to as "bugging" or "glitching" — to gain an unfair advantage. Any profits derived from such activity will be voided.
• Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage betting, or any coordinated betting strategy designed to eliminate risk across accounts or platforms in a manner that abuses promotional structures.
• Colluding with other players in multiplayer games, including live poker or live game shows, to manipulate outcomes.
• Using the Platform to launder money or conduct any transaction associated with illegal financial activity. pakrumm cooperates fully with law enforcement and regulatory bodies in cases involving suspected financial crime.
• Providing false identity documentation or misrepresenting your age, location, or personal details to circumvent eligibility requirements.

All content on the pakrumm Platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, graphical elements, game assets, text, audio, video, and software — is the exclusive property of pakrumm or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit:

• Reproduction, copying, or redistribution of any Platform content for commercial purposes.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract source code from any part of the Platform's software.
• Creating derivative works based on any content originating from the Platform.
• Using the pakrumm name, logo, or branding in any manner without prior written authorisation.

Third-party game providers whose titles are hosted on pakrumm retain full intellectual property rights over their respective software and game content. pakrumm operates under licence agreements with these providers and facilitates access — it does not claim ownership of third-party game assets.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pakrumm's liability to any Player in connection with their use of the Platform is limited as follows:

• pakrumm is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses — including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity — arising from use of or inability to use the Platform.
• pakrumm is not liable for interruptions to the Platform caused by scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, third-party service failures (including payment providers), or events outside pakrumm's reasonable control (force majeure).
• pakrumm is not responsible for the quality, accuracy, or reliability of third-party content accessed through the Platform, including live data feeds used in sports betting markets.
• In circumstances where pakrumm's liability cannot be excluded by law, pakrumm's total aggregate liability to a Player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

pakrumm is committed to maintaining a safe and responsible gaming environment. The following tools are available to all registered players and can be activated instantly from your Account Settings panel:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit thresholds. Limits take effect immediately and can only be increased after a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Define the maximum amount you are prepared to lose within a given time period. Loss limit reductions take effect immediately.
• Session Time Reminders: Set alerts that notify you how long you have been active in a single session.
• Reality Checks: Periodic pop-up notifications that display your session duration and net wins/losses to date.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a short break from the Platform for a period of your choosing (minimum 24 hours, maximum 6 weeks). You cannot wager during a cooling-off period but may still access your account.
• Self-Exclusion: A formal, irrevocable suspension of your account for a minimum period of 6 months. During self-exclusion, your account is locked and you cannot register a new account. Contact [email protected] to initiate self-exclusion if the in-platform option is not accessible.

pakrumm reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player's account with or without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, criminal, or otherwise prohibited activity.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period exceeding 12 months. Players will receive prior notification before dormancy procedures are applied to their balance.
• Request from a regulatory authority, law enforcement body, or financial intelligence unit.
• Self-exclusion request submitted by the Player.

Upon account termination for cause (i.e., breach of Terms), any Bonus Funds and associated winnings will be forfeited. Real-money deposits may be returned at pakrumm's discretion following investigation, subject to anti-money laundering requirements.

Players may voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting support. All outstanding wagers will be settled according to their outcomes before the account balance is returned.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pakrumm holds its international gaming licence. By accepting these Terms, you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any disputes arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.

Where a provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of the Terms, which will continue in full force and effect.

pakrumm's failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms at any given time shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any specific promotion terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and pakrumm with respect to your use of the Platform, and supersede all prior communications, representations, or agreements relating to the same subject matter.

If you have a question about these Terms, a complaint about your account, or wish to raise a dispute, pakrumm's support team is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week in both English and Urdu.

In the event of a dispute regarding a specific wager or transaction, please provide the relevant transaction or bet reference number, the date and time of the event, and a clear description of the issue. pakrumm aims to resolve all disputes within 10 business days of receipt.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through our internal process, you may escalate the matter to the relevant authority designated under pakrumm's international gaming licence. Details of the escalation process are available from our support team on request.
